The Commissioners also discussed the connection of Siemers Drive to new Highway 74.
The Commissioners voted to recommend that the Council change the funding of three items in
the 1997-2002 Capital Improvements Program as follows:
Item 1-13 - change funding from FY 97-98 to FY 98-99
Item 1-14 - change funding from FY 97-98 to FY 98-99
Item 1-18 - change funding from FY 98-99 to FY 97-98
