; ; The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, June 11, 1997.

',�� ; By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend
� as follows:

,«� .",� ,; 1. That the request of Mrs. Harry Naeter and Patricia Allen for a Special

�.; ; Use Permit for a catering facility at 2121 Boulder Crest Drive in an R-1,
� Single Family Residential District, be recommended for approval.

'� 2. That the reliminar lat of La Croix Meadows Business Park be

�-� approved with the stipulation that any corrections needed be made prior

� to Council approval of the plat.

� The Commission reviewed the final draft of proposed amendments to the
4 Zoning Ordinance relating to manufactured (mobile) homes. After some

discussion, Commissioners voted unanimously to recommend these ordinance
� � ;
changes be forwarded to the City Council for approval.

'� The Commission also reviewed the final draft of proposed ordinance
� `; changes to the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance regarding the
construction of sidewalks in new subdivision developments. After discussion,
�� Commissioners approved recommending these changes be forwarded to the City
'; ; Council for approval.

The Commission was scheduled to discuss utility easements in new
subdivisions. This item was tabled until the July meeting in order to give staff
adequate time to prepare information necessary for discussion. �
