for a mobile classroom at Jefferson Elementary School, _520 South r,/I�nnesota Avenue,
in an R-2, Single Family Residential District be recommended tor ap�roval.
9. That the request of Cape Girardeau Pubiic Schaol District #63 for a Special Use Perrnit
for a mobile classroam at Cli�pard Elementary School, 2880 Hopper Road, in an R-1,
Single Family Residential District be recommende� for anproval.
10. That the preliminary plat of Victorian Estates Subdivision be approved, with variances
to some lot sizes beinD less than the 10,000 s�uare feet required k'c�r R-1 zoning, and the
lot widths at the building line.
I1. That the record plat of Wyandotte Acres be approved.
In other action; the Commission recommended appraval of two amendments to the
Zoning Ordinance. The first amendment regards establishing a definition and requirement for
Special Use Permit for the establishment af halfway ho�ases. Th� second amendment regards
� provisions for the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan.
'I'he Commiss�on tabled review of the Annexatio� Policy to the regular September
meetin�.
