7. That the request of the City of Cape Girardeau for a Special Use Permit for an indoor
and outdoor firearms range for the Cane Girardeau Police Department at 2000 Third
Street in an M-2, Heavy Industrial District, be recommended for approval with the
stipulation that weapons be limited to handguns, shotguns, and 9 millimeter guns.
8. That the request of the Lutheran Home for the Aged tor a Special Use Permit for offices
for Lutheran Home Health at 2855 Bloomfield Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential
District, be recommended for approval.
9. That the record plat of Sweetbriar Townhouses Plat 2 be approved.
10. That the preliminary plat of Golden Eagle Subdivision be approvec3 with the stipulation
that all corrections requested be made prior to forwardin� the plat to City Council.
11. That the record plat of Cape Rock Woods b� approved with the stipulation that the
correction requested be made prior to forwarding the plat the City Council.
� In other action, the Commission approved a resolution adopting the Annexation Policy
for the City of Cape Girardeau and making it a part of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of
Cape Girardeau.
