District, be recommended for approval.
10. That the record plat of McLane-Toney Subdivision be approved.
The Commission also approved a proposed change to Section 3Q-39 (h) of the Zoning
Ordinance, relating to the length of time given before a Special Use Permit expires, after it has
been approved.
