and that the record plat of the same subdivision be approved subject to
approval of improvement plans and escrow.
The Commission discussed a proposal by Southeast Missouri State
University to accelerate the construction ot the Henderson-New Madrid
intersection. The Commission reviewed the proposed plan for the intersection.
Southeast Missouri State University is constructing a new business building at
� this location which will increase traffic at this difficult intersection. The
"t;t Commission voted to recommend that the City Council adopt the University's

� The Commission received information from the staff on truck routes.

The information will be reviewed for discussion and possible action at the next

�'., regular meeting.

The Commissioners received copies of the Transportation section of the current Capital
Improvements Program budget for review and update for the 1996-2001 C.I.P. The Commission
determined that the work done on the transportation sales tax trust fund projects has established the
priorities for the next five years and that no further input is needed at this time.
