�� ;� assembling comnuter cables at 1809 North Kingshighway in a G2,
'� ; General Commercial District be recommended for approval.

` � 2. That the request of St. Francis Medical Center for a Special Use Permit
� � to allow parking spaces smaller than the minimum required size in a
�;� parking garage at 211 St. Francis Drive in an R-4, Multiple Family
� � Residential District be recommended for approval.

;� s� ; 3. That the preliminary plat of The Capes be approved.

� < � 4. That the record plat of Hunter's Place Second Subdivision be approved.

� 5. That the record plat of Pekios Subdivision be approved.

;� 6. That the record plat of DKR First Subdivision be approved.
�� The Planning and Zoning Commission had a request from the City
�� Council to provide a recommendation regarding truck traffic on Lexington
� Avenue. Kent Bratton indicated to the Commission that staff would provide
them with additional information to review for discussion at the October meeting.
