SPECIAL 5ESSION - NOVIIVIBER 10, 1992
Council convened in special session on Tuesday, November 10, 1992, at 6:00 p.m. with
Mayor Francis E. Rhodes presiding and Council Members Melvin Kasten, Doug
Richards, and A1 Spradling III present. Council Members Melvin Gateley, David
Limbaugh, and Mary Wulfers were absent.
Pursuant to Section 7.09 (a) of the City Charter, Council canvassed the returns and
declared the results of the November 3, 1992, election, regarding amending the City
Charter, upon Dr. Kasten's motion, Mr. Spradling's second, and the following vote:
Ayes, Kasten, Rhodes, Richards, Spradling. Nays, none.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned upon Mr. Spradling's motion,
Dr. Kasten's second, and the following vote: Ayes, Kasten, Rhodes, Richards,
Spradling. Nays, none.
