Rhodes presiding and Council members David Barklage, David Limbaugh, Doug Richards, A1 Spradling III, Hugh White, and Mary Wulfers present. Pursuant to Section 7.09 (a) of the City Charter, Council canvassed the returns and declared the results of the November 5, 1991, election, regarding the Union Electric gas franchise, upon Mr. Bazklage's motion, Mrs. Wulfers' second, and the following vote: Ayes, Barklage, Limbaugh, Rhodes, Richazds, Spradling, White, Wulfers. Nays, none. Pursuant to Section 7.09 (a) of the City Charter, Council canvassed the returns and declared the results of the November 5, 1991, election, regarding the Union Electric electric franchise, upon Mr. Barklage's motion, Mrs. Wulfers' second, and the following vote: Ayes, Barklage, Limbaugh, Rhodes, Richards, Spradling, White, Wulfers. Nays, none. Pursuant to Section 7.09 (a) of the City Charter, Council canvassed the returns and declared the results of the November 5, 1991, election, regarding the waterworks system bonds, upon Mr. Barklage's motion, Mrs. Wulfers' second, and the following vote: Ayes, Barklage, Limbaugh, Rhodes, Richards, Spradling, White, Wulfers. Nays, none. There being no further business, the Council meeting adjourned upon Mr. Barklage's motion, Mrs. Wulfers' second, and the following vote: Ayes, Barklage, Limbaugh, Rhodes, Richards, Spradling, White, Wulfers. Nays, none. Immediately following the special session, Council convened in executive session for purposes of discussing litigation upon Mr. Spradling's motion, Mrs. Wulfers' second, and the following vote: Ayes, Barklage, Rhodes, Richards, Spradling, White, Wulfers.
