�� OF CAPE G I R A R D E A U, M I S S O U R I, F O R T H E P U R P O S E O F E X T E N D I N G A N D ;�
� IMPROVING THE CITY'S WATERWORKS SYSTEM; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND ';;
;� DETAILS FO THE BONDS AND THE AGREEMENTS MADE BY THE CITY TO 'I
j i FACILITATE AND PROTECT THEIR PAYMENT; AND AUTHORIZING A NO-(NTEREST i I

;� Mr. Eggimann made a motion, seconded by Mr. Neumeyer, to approve the first, second and third 'I
�; readings of BILL NO 98-232 and approve the ordinance. Finance Director John Richbourg
'! reviewed the details of the bond issue under the SRF program, including the effective rate and the '
il ne� savings. Following discussion, the motion was approved upon the following vote: Ayes, ';
ii �ggimann, Gateley, Kasten, Neumeyer, Spradling, Stoffregen. Nays, none. BILL NO. 98-232 is 'I;
