i I Council convened in regular session on Friday, November 6, 1998, at 12:00 noon with Mayor ;�
� Albert M. Spradling, IiI presiding and Council Members Melvin Gateley, Tom Neumeyer, and i j
E� Frank Stoffregen present. Richard Eggimann, Melvin Kasten and Jay Purcell were absent. ;i

1' Mayor Spradling stated that the November 3, 1998, election results had been received from i I
C o u n t y C l e r k R o d n ey M i l l e r. Pursuan t to Sec tion 7.0 9(a) o f t he Ci ty C har t er, t he Ci ty Counci l �;
canvassed the rehirns and declared the results of the November 3, 1998, election, upon Mr.
;; Neumeyer's motion, Mr. Gateley's second, and the following vote: Ayes, Gateley, Neumeyer, ��
�( Spradling, Stoffregen. Nays, none. The results of the election were as follows: �i
