; Albert M. Spradling III presiding and Council Members Richard Eggimann, Melvin Gateley, ;;
'I Melvin Kasten, Tom Neumeyer, Jay Purcell and Frank Stoffregen present. �

�� BILL NO. 98-183 was presented as follows: '�i

�� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, STATING INTENT
;i TO SEEK FUNDING THROUGH THE "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
j GRANT" PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURSUE ;
'� ACTNITIES IN AN ATTEMPT TO SECURE FUNDING FOR THE CAPE MEADOWS ';
DRAINAGE PROJECT

!� Mr. Eggimann made a motion, seconded by Mr. Neumeyer to approve the reading of BILL '!�
;� NO. 98-183 and adopt the resolution. Public Works Director poug Leslie reviewed the i;
i I specifics of the project. Following discussion, the motion was approved upon the following
'i vote: Ayes, Eggimann, Gateley, Kasten, Neumeyer, Purcell, Spradling, Stoffregen. Nays,
'� None. BILL NO. 98-183 is RESOLUTION NO. 1402.

':i There being no further business, the Council adjourned upon Mr. Gateley's motion, Mr.
