upon Mr. Gateley's motion, Mr. rleumeyer9s second, and the following vote: Ayes, Eggimann,

Mr. Gateley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Neumeyer, approving improvement plans and
specifications prepared by Sverdrup Civil, Inc. dated May 23, 1997, and concurring in the award of
the construction contract to Penzel Construction Co., Inc., all in accordance with the Memorandum
of Agreement for the relocation and improvement of the Henderson/New Madrid Street intersection
between the City and Southeast Nlissouri State University dated December 7, 1995. The motion was
approved upon the following vote: Ayes, Eggimann, Gateley, Neumeyer, Rickard, Spradling. Nays,
none.
There being no further business, the special session adjourned upon 1VIr. Eggimann's motion, Mr.
Neumeyer's second, and the following vote: Ayes, Eggimann, Gateley, Neumeyer, Rickard,
Spradling, Williamson. Nays, none,
