The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Cape Girardeau, will hold a closed session at
City Ha11,401 Independence Street on June 9, 2004, 6:30 p.m.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,may, as a part of its
regular meeting, or as a part or a special meeting, hold a closed session in the City Council
Chambers to discuss legal actions, causes or legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of
real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel, employee labor relations, or
confidential or privileged communication with its attorneys. Specifically, the Planning and Zoning
� Commission will hold a closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation and confidential
communications with legal counsel pursuant to RSMo Section 610.021(1).

NOTE: The Public Hearing before City Council on Rezoning and Special Use Permit applications
APPROVED by the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday,July 6,2004.
DISAPPROVED applications will be referred to the City Council on Monday,June 21,2004.
