Request of Mary E. Skelton for a Special Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast at 635 South Sprigg Street in an R-3, Two-Family Residential District. Request of the Gibson Recovery Center, Inc. to rezone 1112 Linden Street from R-4, � Multiple Family Residential District, to C-1, Local Commercial District. Request of Vernon E. Rhodes Family Partners, L.P. for a Special Use Permit for a Community Unit Plan at the southwest corner of Kingshighway and Boulder Crest Drive in an R-4, Multiple Family Residential District.
