2. Request of Boatmen's National Bank of Cape Girardeau for
a Special Use Permit for a parking lot at 1924 Good Hope
Street in an R-2, Single Family Residential District,
zone.

3 . Request of Ruth A. Meyer and Tim Singleton for a Special
Use Permit for a radio communication tower at 529 North
Broadview Street in a C-2, General Commercial District,
