PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Request of David and Charlotte Newton and Paul Andrew
Leonard for a Special Use Permit for an office for
hypnotherapy and workshops with some retail sales at 1006
Rear North West End Boulevard in an R-2, Single Family
Residential District, zone.
Action
2. Request of Cape Center Associates, L. P. and Charles F.
Blattner, et al, to extend the expiration date of their
existing Special Use Permit for a temporary trailer at
209 South Broadview Street in a C-2, General Commercial
District, zone.

3 . Request of Diocese of Springfield/Cape Girardeau (St.
Vincent de Paul Parish) and Mrs. John A. Wulfers for a
Special Use Permit to expand a parking lot at 1919 Ritter
Drive in an R-2, Single Family Residential District,
zone.
Action
4 . Request of Mrs. Lillian Joiner to rezone property located
on the north side of Independence Street, west of the
existing apartment building on the northwest corner of
Inde�endence Street and West Rodney Drive from R-4 ,
Multiple Family Residential District, to C-2 , General
Commercial District.

5. Request of P. David and Jerrie L. Gerlach and First
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for a Special Use
Permit for a church at the southwest corner of Kenneth
Drive and Abbey Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential
District, zone, with an extention to allow construction
to begin in the spring of 1991.

6. Request of Drury Development Corporation and Charles L.
Drury Trust to rezone the northwest corner of Silver
Springs Road and Bloomfield Road from R-1, Single Family
Residential District, to C-2, General Commercial
District, zone.

8. Approval of zoning ordinance amendment relating to airports
and the rezoning of the Municipal Airport property recently
annexed into the City.

April 2, 1990.
