Request of Bentley and Wanda Ramsey and Tim Singleton for
a Special Use Permit for increasing the height of an
existing communication tower at 2911 Bloomfield Road in
an R-1, Single Family Residential District, zone.
Request of David and Jerrie Gerlach, Randol Farms
� Development, Inc. and Christ Presbyterian Church for a
Special Use Permit to construct a church on a tract
bounded by Lexington Avenue, Woodland Place No. 2,
Woodland Hills Estates 3rd, Randol Farms No. 1, and a
retention basin in an R-1, Single Family Residential
District, zone.
