non-conforming buildinc� at 2424 Kingsway Drive in an R-1,
Single Family Residential District, zone.
Request of James L. and Janet L. Mungle and Jim R.
Gerhardt, Sr. for a Special Use Permit for a business
sign to be located on the propert� at 2424 Kingsway Drive
in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, zone.
Request of Drury Industries, Inc. and Earl Siemers to
rezone property located along the south side of Route K,
west of Interstate 55, which is a portion of the Cape
� West Business Park, from R-1, Sinc�le Family Residential
District, to C-2, General Commercial District.
Request of Southeast Missouri Hospital Association to
rezone 502, 506, 514, and 518 Sunset Court and all of
Sunset Court south of Lacey Street and east of Sunset
Boulevard from R-3, Two Family Residential District, to
C-3, Central Business District.
