SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 1989
12:00 NOON
The Cape Girardeau City Council will hold a special joint meeting with the Planning and
Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, April 26, 1989, at the Port
Cape Girardeau Restaurant, 19 North Water. The purpose of the meeting is for the Council,
the Commission and the Board to review activities and the relationships of the three bodies.

The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a study session or
regular or special City Council meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes
of legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing,
disciplining, promotion of personnel or employee labor relations.

The City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board
of Adjustment will hold a joint meeting at 12: 00 Noon, April 26,
1989, at the Port Cape Girardeau Restaurant, North Water and
Themis Streets. This will be a special called meeting for the
City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Board of
Adjustment.
