To Whom It May Concern:
Due to the fact that a quorum could not be attained, the
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for July 12 , 1989,
was cancelled.
The meeting has been rescheduled for July 19, 1989, at 7: 30
P.M. , in order to be able to maintain a timely schedule for
/� processing the applications before City Council.

concerned citizens.

station at 812 North Sprigg Street in an R-4, Multiple
Family Residential, zone.
Action
2. Request of Yong Kie Kim to rezone 1815 Cape La Croix Road
from R-1, Single Family Residential, to C-2, General
Commercial District, zone, and for a Special Use Permit
for mini-warehouse construction.
