At the Council meeting of March 2 , 1982 , the
following matter was referred to you for study and
recommendation:
1 . Request for vacation of a portion of Clark
Avenue .
2 . Request of Richard C. Bruns to rezone 1818 ,
� 1820 and 1822 "F" Big Bend Road, from :g-1
ta 1�T4 Classification.
3. Request of Missouri Utilities Company
for a Special Use Permit to erect a small
building for storage and maintenance at
20 East Cape Rock Drive .
Please report your recommendations to City Manager no
later than March 15 , 1982 .
