To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, June 14, 1995. By majority vote, actual
vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows: ,.
1. That the request of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred F. Hoelscher for nomination of the Hunze House at 312
Bellevue Street for an Historic Landmark zoning classification be recommended for approval.
2. That the record plat of Bowman's First Subdivision be approved, and that a variance for the street
frontage for Lot Number 1 on Donna Lane be approved.
3. That the record plat of Red Oaks Estates be approved, and that a variance for L,ot Number 1,
� which is less than 10,000 square feet, be approved.
4. That the record plat of Iris's First Subdivision be approved.
5. That the record plat of Etherton Subdivision be approved.
6. That the record plat of James Addition No. 2 be approved.
7. That the record plat of Cape West Seventh Subdivision be approved, contingent on corrections
that were requested being made.
8. That the record plat of Schmidt's First Subdivision be approved, and that a variance to the side
yard for the north side of the south lot be approved, all contingent on corrections that were
requested being made.
