That the record plat of Randol Farms Seventh Subdivision be tabled until the next meeting. The Commission discussed possible solutions to handling the remnant lot lying between Northfield Fourteenth and Fifteenth Subdivisions and the future extension of Yorktown Drive. Mr. Stephen Strom, developer of this area, proposed to submit to the Commission a revised preliminary plat showing what will be done with the lot, and a proposed deed restriction dealing with the future extension of Yorktown. The Commission also made recommendations on the Capital Improvements Program regarding major streets. The Commission's basic recommendations regarding priorities remained the same. The only change the Commissioners would like to see is the reconstruction of Perryville Road placed at an earlier date in the Five Year Capital Improvement Budget. The feeling was that possibly funding could be switched from the Lorimier Street connection to new Route 74, since this project will not be constructed for several more years.
