To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 16, 1994. By majority
vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of 7ames R. Evans and George Godfrey for a Special Use Permit for
a bicycle repair shop in the garage at 27 South Henderson Avenue in an R-3, Two-
Family Residential District, be recommended for approval.
2. That the request of Southeast Missouri Hospital Association for a Special Use Permit
� for a parking lot at 1401, 1403, 1405, 1407, 1419, and 1423 Broadway in an R-4,
Multiple Family Residendal District, be recommended for approval with the stipulation
that the parldng lot be a single level and access be limited to West End Boulevard.
3. That the request of D & G Properties, Inc. for a Special Use Permit for a drive-in
restaurant at 2126 Broadway (fronts on Kingsway Drive) in a C-2, General Business
District, be recommended for approval.
4. That the supplemental record plat of Northfield Fourteenth Subdivision and the variances
for lot lines in that subdivision be approved.
5. That the record plat of Hunter's Place, a minor subdivision be approved.
