To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 14, 1994. By majority vote,
actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Tim Singleton for a Special Use Permit to convert a shop building into real
estate offices and for an additional sign not to exceed 40 square feet in size and be 30 feet back
from the property line at 2911 Bloomfield Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential District
be recommended for approval.
2. That the request of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for a Special Use Permit for a
church at the southwest corner of Kenneth Drive and Abbey Road in an R-1, Single Family
Residential District be recommended for approval with the provision that they be granted one
� (1) year from the time the Special Use Permit is issued to start construction.
3. That the request of Grace United Methodist Church for a Special Use Permit to park one (1)
food trailer at the back of the lot at 601 Cordelia Street in an R-2, Single Family Residential
District be recommended for approval.
4. That the record plat of Aspen Park Townhouses be approved.
5. That the record plat of Lexington Place Third Subdivision be approved with the stipulation that
all corrections noted in the review of the plat be completed.
