of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 10, 1993. By majority vote,
actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Free Will Baptist Church for a Special Use Permit for an addition to the
existing church facility and for a sign at 2919 Kage Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential
District be recommended for approval.
2. That the request of G. Keith Deimund to rezone Lot 2, Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 4 from
C-1, Local Commercial District, to R-3, Two-Family Residential District, be recommended for
approval.
� 3. That the request of Heisler Development Co. and Six Sister Co. for a Special Use Permit to
erect a tower approximately 250 feet in height on a tract in the 1600 block of North
Kingshighway in a C-2, General Commercial District be recommended for approval, subject to
protection (fencing) of the tower base to prevent unauthorized access.
4. That the preliminary plat of Crites Eighth Subdivision be approved.
5. That the preliminary plat of Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 4 be approved.
6. That the record plat of Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 4 be approved.
7. That the record plat of Foundation Park be approved.
8. That the Cape West Fourth Subdivision be approved.
