To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 14, 1993. By majority vote,
actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of La Croix United Methodist Church, Inc. to extend the time for the Special
Use Permit until March 31, 1995, to construct the new facilities for the church be recommended
for approval.
2. That the request of G. Keith Deimund to rezone part of Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 5 from
R-1, C-1, and R-4, to C-1, Local Commercial District, R-2, Two-Family Residential District,
and R-4, Multi-Family Residential District, be recommended for approval.
� 3. That the record plat of Stonebridge Subdivision Phase II be approved.
4. That the preliminary plat of Northfield Thirteenth Subdivision be approved subject to revision
of the plat to increase the north turn-out on Yorktown Drive to a 60-foot right-of-way with a 36-
foot pavement to meet collector street standards.
5. That the preliminary plat of Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 5 be approved.
