To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, July 14, 1993. By majority vote,
actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of William H. and Betty J. Kuss, James H. and Rita V. Kuss, and
Joseph R. and JoNeal G. Kuss to rezone property in the 2800 block of William Street
(Route K) from R-1, Single Family Residendal District, to R-3, Two-Family Residential
District, R-4, Multiple Family Residential District, and C-2, General Commercial
� District, be recommended for disapproval.
2. - That the request of Francis E. Rhodes Trust and Wanda A. Pipkin for a Special Use
Permit for a veterinary hospital at 1425 Kune Lane in a c-1, Local Commercial District
be recommended for approval.
3. That the preliminary plat of Court I be approved.
4. That the record plat of Randol Farms Seventh Subdivision be approved.
5. That the record plat of Cape West Fifth Subdivision be approved.
6. That the preliminary plat of Blattner Third West Subdivision be approved.
7. That the record plat of Blattner Third West Subdivision be approved.
8. That the record plat of Ashland Hills Estates Eighth Subdivision be approved.
9. That the record plat of Mount Auburn Fifth Subdivision be approved.
10. That the preliminary plat of Six Sister's Subdivision with a variance for a 40-foot street
right-of-way and 24-foot pavement width be disapproved.
