of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, September 15, 1993. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Clyde A. and Dorothy M. McDonald for a Special Use Permit for
a recycling center at 80 North Broadview Street in an M-2, Heavy Industrial District, be
recommended for approval.
2. That the request of First Assembly of God for a Special Use Permit to install a sign at
750 Mount Auburn Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, be recommended
� for approval.
3. That the request of William H. and Betty J. Kuss, James H. and Rita V. Kuss, Joseph
R. and JoNeal G. Kuss, and Charles P. and Laura A. McGinty to rezone property in the
2800 block of William Street (Route K) from R-1, Single Family Residential District, to
R-4, Multiple Family Residential District, and C-2, General Commercial District, be
recommended for approval.
4. That the request of Finley Burke for a Special Use Permit for a mobile home at 2822 Big
Bend Road in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, be recommended for approval.
The mobile home will have to meet all relevant requirements of the City's Floodplain
Management Ordinance.
5. That the record plat of Court I be approved.
6. That the record plat of a Resubdivision of Lot 7, Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 3, a
minor subdivision, be approved.
7. That the sketch plan submitted by David Gerlach for a portion of Kenneth Drive be
approved.
8. That the record plat of Northfield Thirteenth Subdivision and the variance request for the
� lot lines be approved.

9. That the record plat of Northfield Fourteenth Subdivision and the variance request for
the lot lines be approved. -
10. That the preliminary plat of Mount Auburn Subdivision No. 6 be approved.
