To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 11,
1991. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Emil and Mabel Dewrock, Peggy St.
Cin, and Jeffery L. Pickle to rezone 2200 Bloomfield Road
from R-2 , Single Family Residential District, to R-4 ,
Multiple Family Residential District, be recommended for
approval .
2 . That the request of G. Keith Deimund to rezone a portion
� of Mount Auburn Subdivision III from C-1, Local
Commercial District, to R-3, Two-Family Residential
District, be recommended for approval.
3 . That the request of Cape Girardeau-Farmington District,
Trustees of the United Methodist Church for a Special Use
Permit for church related use of the property at 1800
Cape La Croix Road (Route W) in an R-1, Single Family
Residential District, zone, be recommended for approval.
