To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, January 8,
1992 . By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
l. That the request of Claude and Dorothy Foeste for a Specia�.
Use Permit to replace and enlarge a storage building at the
Foeste Nursery, 1021 North Clark Street, in an R-1, Single
Family Residential District, zone, be recommended for
approval.
2 . That the record plat of Triple B Subdivision be approved.
� In other action, the Commission unanimously concurred that the
Special Use Permit issued to Southeast Missouri Hospital for a
helicopter landing pad on the east side of the hospital under
Ordinance No. 1578, July 2 , 1980, remains in effect and development
of this pad is permissible under terms of the 1980 permit.
