To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 12,
1992 . By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision No. 6
(Amended) be approved.
2 . That the record plat of a Resubdivision of Lot No. 4 of
Girardeau Commercial Park Subdivision be approved.
3 . That the record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision No. 7 be
/� approved.

4 . That the record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision No. 8 be
approved.
5. That the record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision No. 9 be
approved.
6. That the record plat of Randol Farms Fifth Addition be
approved.
7. That the revised preliminary plat for Woodland Place
Subdivisions be approved.
In other action, the Commission elected officers for the
upcoming year. Charles Haubold was elected Chairman of the
Commission, Thomas Mogelnicki - Vice Chairman, and Robert Cox -
Secretary.

The Commission also reviewed a request received from Richard
Giles concerning parking on Bertling Street near the intersection
of West End Boulevard. It was unanimously decided to forward the
request to the City Manager's office for consideration.
