To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 11,
1992 . By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of St. Mark Lutheran Church for a Special Use
Permit for an addition to the existing church structure and
enlargement of parking facilities at 1900 Cape La Croix Road
in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, zone be
recommended for approval.
2 . That the record plat of Park West Hospitality Center No. 1 be
approved, and that the permanent easement shown and described
on the plat be considered as an officially approved place
� under. the terms of the Zoning Ordinance for purposes of
issuing the necessary building permits.
3 . That the preliminary plat of Northfield Twelfth Subdivision be
approved.
4 . That the variance request for Randol Farms Fifth Addition
regarding the proposed location and right-of-way width for
Palomino Drive be approved.
In other action, the Commission discussed and subsequently
approved several changes to their Rules of Procedure.
