To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 8,
1992. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of First Assembly of God Church for a Special
Use Permit for parking in the front yard of existing •
facilities at 750 Mount Auburn Road in an R-1, Single Family �
Residential District, zone be recommended for approval.
2. That the request of Claude A. and Wanda M. Kelley for a
Special Use Permit for gasoline pumps at a convenience store
to be located at 40 North Sprigg Street in a C-3, Central
Business District, zone be recommended for approval.
� 3 . That the preliminary plat of Stonebridge Subdivision be
approved, with restrictive covenants on Lots 33 through 40 to
prevent access onto Bloomfield Road, and approving a variance
on street radii C28 and C29 from 100 feet to 65 feet.
4. That the preliminary plat of Summit Estates II Subdivision be
approved, and that a variance be given on the length of the
cul-de-sac from 800 feet to 1, 122 feet, and approving a 24-
foot wide street on a 44-foot wide right-of-way.
In other action, the Commission approved amendments to the
Subdivision Regulations in regards to the Water System to be
forwarded to the Council.
