Mr. Bob Harrison and Mr. Herb Annis appeared before the Commission to request their
consideration of a record plat for the Cape Commercial Park Subdivision on North
Kingshighway at the intersection with Boulder Crest Drive. After some discussion, the
Commission voted to approve the plat with the stipulation that it be reviewed and approved by
the Engineering Division, and that an access easement approximately 40 feet deep be provided
for Lot 3 and shown on the plat.
The Commission also discussed the date for their regular November meeting, which will
fall on the Veteran's Day holiday. It was decided to keep the meeting on that date to alleviate
any confusion for applicants and to keep applications on a timely schedule.
