To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a special meeting on
Tuesday, March 26, 1991. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss
the 1990 Traffic Volume Study recently com�leted. Mr. H. E.
Sfreddo and Mr. Jerry Masterson of the Missouri Highway and
Transportation Department were present to answer questions
concerning the study.
