To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, November 13 ,
1991. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of First Exchange Bank of Cape Girardeau
and Robert Penrod to rezone a 24 acre tract on West
Bloomfield Road from R-1, Single Family Residential
District, to R-3 , Two-Family Residential District, be
recommended for approval.
2 . That the reguest of Emi1 and Mabel Dewrock, Peggy St.
� Cin, and Jeffery L. Pickle to rezone 2200 Bloomfield Road
from R-2 , Single Family Residential District, to R-4 ,
Multiple Family Residential District, be tabled until the
next regular meeting.
3 . That the record plat of Bean's Tenth Subdivision be
approved.
4. That the record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision No. 7
be approved.
5. That the record plat of Cape West Third Subdivision be
approved.
6. That the revised preliminary plat of Woodland Place Third
Subdivision be approved.
In other actions, the Commission reviewed a sketch plan of
Stone Bridge Subdivision. Commissioners made suggestions to the
developer on certain items, and recommended that these items be
discussed further with staff prior to preparing a preliminary plat.

The Commission also discussed whether or not there should be
video coverage of the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. The
members in attendance had no objections to this being done.
