To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 11,
1990. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Community Counseling Center to
extend the expiration date of their existing Special
Use Permit for a medical clinic/professional office
facility at 2953 Bloomfield Road, in an R-1, Single
Family Residential District, zone be recommended for
approval.
� 2. That the request of James J. and Elizabeth A.
_ Messmer for a Special Use Permit to construct a 2
car garage at 1154 South kingshighway in an M-2,
Heavy Industrial District, zone be recommended for
approval.
3 . That the request of Harold J. and Yvonne M. Werner
to rezone 2011-2019 Perryville Road (northwest
corner of Perryville Road and proposed Lexington
Avenue) from R-1, Single Family Residential
District, zone to C-1, Local Commercial District,
zone be recommended for denial.
4 . That the request of Cape Girardeau WISER, Inc. for a
Special Use Permit for a 10 foot by 56 foot mobile
classroom to be placed in the rear of their facility
at 1111 Linden Street in an R-4 , Multiple Family
Residential District, zone be recommended for
approval.
5. That the request of Dorothy C. Hardy for a Special
Use Permit for a third unit at 818 Illinois Street
in an R-3, Two Family Residential District, zone be
recommended for denial.
