To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 8,
1989. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the preliminary plat of Northfield Tenth
Subdivision be recommended for approval.
2 . That the request of McDonald's Corporation and
Barnhouse and Partners, Ltd. for a Special Use
Permit for a parking lot on Lot 4, Block 2, Oak Park
Subdivision, in the rear of 1925 Broadway, in an R-2
zone, be recommended for approval, subject to the
conditions noted in the Special Use Permit itself.
� 3 . That the request of Hoche-Barklage Company for a
- � Special Use Permit for motor fuel tanks, pumps, and
canopy at 353 South Kingshighway in a C-2 zone be
recommended for approval.
A presentation of the Preliminary Report on the Development of
Lexington Avenue was presented by Wayne McSpadden and Bob MacDonald
of S. H. Smith and Companx. The Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to approve the preliminary plans and report.
