of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, August 9,
1989. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Joan E. Whiteside and Community
Counseling Center to rezone 2953 Bloomfield Road
from R-1, Sin�le Famil� Residential, zone to C-1,
Local Commercial District, zone, be recommended for
approval as a Special Use Permit for construction of
a medical clinic/professional office facility.
