Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, September
13 , 1989. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file,
we act and/or recommend as follows:
l. That the request of Charles F. Blattner, et al and
Cape Centre Associates L.P. for a Special Use Permit
for a temporary trailer on South Broadview south of
William Street in a C-2 , General Commercial
District, zone, be recommended for approval.
� 2 . That the request of Union Electric Company for a
Special Use Permit to construct a new public utility
water tank at 3004 Gordonville Road in a C-1, Local
Commercial District, zone, be recommended for
approval.
3 . That the request of Union Electric Company for a
Special Use Permit to construct a new public utility
water tank and expand existing water treatment
facilities at the southeast corner of Old Route 61
and South Sprigg Street in an M-2, Heavy Industrial
District, zone, be recommended for approval .
Mr. Ken Eftink, new Planning Coordinator, was introduced to
the Commission members at this meeting. .
