Gentlernen :
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, June 8,
1988. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the fiie, we,
act and/or recommend as follows :
1 . That the request of Michael L. Annis, Inc. and
Edwin E. Rhodes to rezone 1717 and 1805 Cape
Meadows Circle from R-3 and R-4 to C- 1 be denied.
� 2 . That the request of Michael L. Annis, Inc. and
Edwin E. Rhodes for a Special Use Permit for
gasoline pumps at 1717 and 1805 Cape Meadows Circle
in R-3 and R-4 zones be denied.
3 . That the preliminary plat of Randol Farms
Subdivision be denied, due to the potential impact
of associated traffic through the adjoining
Woodland Hilis Estates Subdivision and lack of
additional access into this area until such time as
the proposed Lexington Street Arterial is in
place.
