To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 11,
1987 . By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows :
1 . That the request of Charles L. and Judith L. Hutson to
rezone 438 North Spanish Street and 438 Rear North Spanish
Street from R-4 to C-3 be approved.
2 . That the request of St . Andrew Lutheran Church, Inc. for a
Special Use Permit for a recreation, fellowship, and
education building at 804 North Cape Rock Drive in an R-1
zone be approved. Mr. Holshouser abstained from voting.
The request of Robert L. Penrod to rezone 3 .8 acres at the
northeast corner of Kingsway Drive and Route W from R-1 to C-2 and
� 3 . 8 acres adjacent on Kingsway Drive from R-1 to R-3 was tabled
J until such time when the applicant can show ownership.
Discussions were held regarding a parking complaint on Louisiana
Street and the proposed 1987-1992 Capital Improvement Program for
the City of Cape Girardeau.
