The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 11 ,
19£i7. E3y majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend �s follows : 1
l . That the request of Ford and Sons Funeral Home, Inc.
for a Speci�l Use Permit for a mausoleum in Cape
County Memorial Park Cemetery at 2315 Highway 61 North
be approved. ,
2. That the rcquest of Robert L. Penrod to rezone 3.6
3cres at the northeast corner of Kingsway Drive and
Route W from R- 1 to C-2 �nd 3.8 �cres ad,jacent on
Kingsway Drive from R- 1 to R-3 be approved.
3. That the Preliminary Plat of Cedar Ridge Subdivision.
th� revised copy �s brought to the meeting by the
� apPlicant, be �approved sub�ect to the concurrence of
the Engineering staff that there is no problem with
the line-of-sight in the double curve labetled t and
2 and that the st�ff review this revised copy and the
developer corrects any deficiencies found.
4. That the Preliminary Plat of Northfield Ninth
�ubdivision be approved.
