To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 8,
1987. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows: �
1 . That the request of Barbara Scott and Kathy Stacy
for a Speciai Use Permit to operate a cookie bouquet
business out of a home at 415 Rear Emerald 5treet be
approved.
2. That the request of Elizabeth T. Jung to rezone
2953 Bloomfield Road from R-1 to C- 1 be denied.
3. That the request of Robert Meyer and the Sa)vation
Army for a Special Use Permit for consolidation of
all of the Army's programs and services including a
chapel and multipurpose room on Lots 51 and 52,
Range H, be approved.
