To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, October 14,
1987. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1 . That the request of Frank D. and Mary Ellen Bean
for a Special Use Permit for an apartment building
with basernent, two living levels and an attic living
level at 2850 Whitener in an R-4 zone be approved.
2. That �he request of Mildred Wilson and Bruce Bird
for a Special Use Permit to add a garage, concrete
drive, and concrete patio to a house at 527 Amethyst
Street in an R-4 zone be approved.
3 . That the request of Clarence and Genevieve Dockery
� for a Special Use Permit for a laundromat at 920
__. North Frederick in an R-4 zone was approved.
4. The request of Mr. Joseph Russell to allow his
rezoning and Special Use applications for property
on Broadway west of West End Boulevard to remain
on the table until the Novernber meeting was approved.
Since the next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission falls on November I1 , Veteran's Day, the Commission
approved changing the date of the November meeting to Thursday,
November 12. 1987, at 7:30 P.M.
