To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 9,
1987. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
act and/or recommend as follows:
1 . That the request of Union Electric Company to erect
a storage building at 20 East Cape Rock Drive in an
R- 1 zone be approved.
2 . Mr. Joseph Russell withdrew his rezoning and Special
Use applications for property on Broadway west of
West End Bouelvard.
The Planning and Zoning Commission members then discussed
material they had received on the Vision 2000 reports, the Capital
� Improvement Budget approved by the City Council for 1987- 1992, and
the City's 1987 Comprehensive Plan.
The Commission also discussed the need to set up Rules and
Procedures for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
