Subject : Traffic Recommendations
The Planning and Zoning Commission members also discussed at the
April 10, 1985, meeting a couple of traffic related problems .
The Commission would like to recommend removal of parking on both
sides of North Sprigg from Pearl Street to Bertling and would suggest
that this be done in late summer before the fall semester of college
starts .
Also, a pedestrian signal at_ Sprigg Street and Washington-Normal
� Avenue was suggested by at least one member.
