To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 10, 1985.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows :
1. That the Preliminary Plat of San Dangaro 4th Subdivision be
approved subject to the developer providing escrow for the
paving of half of El Rio Boulevard and that the right-of-way
� for half of E1 Rio Boulevard be dedicated.
2. That the request of John L. and Jessie B. Wescoat for a .
Special Use Permit to renta house at 1202 Broadway to Phi
Sigma Epsilon fraternity be approved for a maximum of ten
members of the Phi Sigma Epsilon fraternity and that four
off-street parking spaces be provided.
3. That the proposed ordinance setting standards for portable
signs be approved provided that an Item ( j ) be added to
Section 2 stating that no portable sign shall remain on the
premises for more than fifteen ( 15 ) days .
